Cultural Agenda

Find out more here about our cultural events!

Photography, cinema, music, theatre and literature… the Alliance Française de Bruxelles-Europe organises events promoting the French language throughout the year and develops partnerships with Brussels cultural institutions. Our events are free of charge and open to all.

We are also founder members of EUNIC Brussels (European Union National Institutes for Culture), network of European cultural institutes, within which we carry out cultural activities encouraging linguistic diversity.

Our Cultural Programme

In 2016-2018, we develop a cultural programme based on innovation and more especially on digital innovation and its anthropological implications in the area of culture and society. When considering the digital technology, this programme seeks to measure how each new tool is affecting everyone’s lives.

Our exhibition gallery

Opened in 2012, the Alliance française gallery fits into the framework of our mission for promoting French and francophone culture. Francophone artists are exhibited there, along with exhibitions from the annual photography competition of the Alliance Française Foundation. Entry is free of charge.
