Determine your level
Enrolling at the Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe for the first time? Unless you have no knowledge of the French language (which means you are at breakthrough level A1), you must take our language proficiency test before you enrol.
The language proficiency levels we use follow the recommendations of the CEFR developed by the Council of Europe and are recognised internationally:
A1-A2 | BASIC USER
B1-B2 | INDEPENDANT USER
C1-C2 | PROFICIENT USER
Complete your Enrolment
Once you know your level, you can complete the registration process online via our online enrolment platform!
Please note that our courses department will make sure you are enrolled in a course matching your results at the language proficiency test. If not, you will be replaced in the right course.
Enrolment ends the last Friday (or Thursday if Friday is a bank holiday) before the course begins.
Online enrolment for one session opens one month and a half before the start of term. If you have any problems while enrolling online, please consult the step-by-step enrolment process.
