What place does it occupy in digital globalisation? In what languages are this communication and these virtual exchanges expressed, and who are the new players?

As well as being the Digital Champion for France to the European Commission, and the founder of several start-ups such as Captain Dash and organisations like Africa4Tech, Gilles Babinet is also the author of such books as Big Data, penser l’homme et le monde autrement and L’Ère numérique, nouvel âge de l’humanité.
